Hi all,

I'm looking to get back in shape with indoor cycling, can you recommend solid performing beginner training equipment?

Thanks,

D.

Indoor cycling is boring to the point of instant brain death. One can try to reduce the tedium by interactive trainers with real routes displayed. Or watching tv, or...
But if you insist, I'd suggest looking at what's usually called spin(ning) bikes.
They tend to be sturdier than the average exercise bike.

Rather than buying a spinning bike and trying to remain faithful to yourself, join a spinning class in your area if there is one available. My local health club has one. They let me use my own pedals, shoes, and saddle so I am comfortable during the workouts. Spinning alone is uber-tedious, spinning in a group with an experienced leader is fun.
