I'm new here was referred here by NickDavid. I can see this forum has a lot to offer! I currently have a Mongoose Rockadile ALD Pro mountain bike that I'm looking to sell/trade for a road bike. The only thing is that I'm not sure what size road bike I should be looking for. I'm approx. 6' tall and 210lbs. (hopefully not for long😄 ). Obviously my main concern is weight loss, but I also want to build endurance and leg strength since I'm a drummer. Does anyone have any suggestions as to a bike and frame size I should be looking into? I'm not looking to be spending a fortune. I just want something pretty good, dependable, and comfortable.
