newbie q's: Cannondale R900si double (2002) specs questions.

I have a 2002 Cannondale R900si double and thinking to upgrade it to triple cranks ultegra. Someone is selling his ultegra triple kit, Triple Crank Set, Rear Derailleur,Front Derailleur,Bottom Bracket. How do I know the correct crank and bottom bracket size in my bike? I checked the c'dale web but there is no size specs. here is the link if helpful:

Also, is it necessary to change the rear cogs and chains?

The BB is english thread. The ultegra 9 speed triple uses a 118 octalink BB. No need to change the cogs or chain.
