  1. What fresh produce can be bought (or grown) easily with a HIGH alkaline
    level ?

-Many fresh fruits or veggies have a higher acid level - I looking for the
    opposite.

    thanks everybody

If you are interested in the pH of the food itself, you can find
    that here:

    http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~comm/lacf-phs.html

and if you are interested in the net endogenous acid production
(NEAP) of a type of food, you can find that here:

    http://www.ajcn.org/cgi/content/full/76/6/1308

where the authors define NEAP as the sum of sulfuric and
    organic acids minus bicarbonate.

NEAP alkalinity in descending order by this definition:

    leafy greens
    fruity vegetables
    roots
    sweet fruit
    tubers
    beans
    nuts
    eggs
    dairy
    grains
    meats

So eat more leaves, non leafy veggies, and fruit, and eat
less dairy, egg, grain, and animal flesh.
