newby bike

I need some help figuring out what bike to buy. the bike I have is an ancient sekine road bike and I would like to train and race on a higher quality bike my price range is up to 500 dollars I am 15 years old and I am 6,7" and the bike I have is a 25" frame and would like a taller frame. Any help is great

I would try lookign at some bike shops and seeing if they have anything good in the used catagory. Look for older models as you won't get a very high end bike for that much money new. Even a trek 1000 will cost you close to double that much.
