    AAP News. 4.53pm

The Australian Cricket Board committee formed to hear doping charges against Australian Cricket Board has reached a verdict following 90 minutes of deliberation.

After hearing from seven witnesses, the committee decided there was no case to answer, and Warne is expected to return to South Africa early Sunday.

His mother, however has been banned from participating in any domestic or international cricket competitions for a period of two years.

    Your joking right? Hypocritical wankers

Hrmmmm now I can start a drug program since taking diuretic's wont get me into any trouble. Warney has now set a new precedent when it comes to dope in sport (lots of happy athletes now right?).

IMO there were to many people tied up with him, who had to much to lose for anything to come of this.

    cheers!

Today he's not only admitting that he has taken diuretics on more than one occasion, he's now shelved plans to appeal the decision of the tribunal.
