Nike have contract for team Postal's clothing?

Does Nike have the contract to provide team Postal their clothing? Can any manufacturer copy the designs?

Yes they officially sponsor US Postal, ofcourse you cannot copy the designs since it's all copyrighted stuff.

Thank you all. Reason for the question is that I'm seeing stuff on eBay that don't have the Nike logo on them. I guess anyone looking for team Postal stuff should pay attention to detail ...

Ahh I see. Yes. I have the official USPS Nike shorts and jersey from Nike. I got them at D&Q in NJ. Ive seen other people wear "unofficial" ones that are missing quite a few companies, and have a different pattern. Nike also has a patent on Dri-fit technology that comes on their jerseys....so...
