I can't "stand" your posting style.

You really "are" clueless.

Still trying to "manage" your girlfriend's life for her?

Soreass, I could care less if some wannabe like yourself
likes or dislikes the way I post. If you had "the clue", for
anything, it would be of no value to anyone outside of
geekdom. If you had a girlfriend or wife, your just managing
that would be a shock!

Just keep thanking god that you can talk big about your
mountain bike exploits on the Internet, and not have to live
up to your image of yourself, in real life.

Only after "epics". (Ooops, I'm sorry. Make that "Only
'after' epics." :)

I still use a dot-matrix printer and an abacus, but nice
try.

Got three of 'em in the back yard alone.

Yeah, Dan, I brag all the time about my "extraordinary"
mountain biking skills! Hell, I was "Freeride Freddie" on
recent trip to Gooseberry!

Make sure it has a few little rocks, like this one:

http://bbauer.gomen.org/videos/jd-rock.mpg

(Yeah, that's on a singlespeed)

Here's the other guy who tried it, just to put it in the
perspective of somebody who isn't 6'7":

http://bbauer.gomen.org/videos/nicetry.mpg

But I'm sure Dan "Cookie" Volker would have no trouble with
it, what with all those "technical" trails in Florida!

I'm feeling pleased with myself after seeing that. I've
accomplished something similar but with the extra height and
skill JD makes it look graceful. I, on the other hand, with
12 inches less height, resemble a sack of potatoes falling
downstairs. :)

I'm still four weeks from being able to ride off-road, Bill,
but keep "this" **** "up" and it'll go by quickly! I'm
"enjoying" this whole exchange"." I "just" hope Dan can get
his "leg" out of his throat long enough "to" say something
else! I think I figgered out what "technical" means in
"Florida": http://tinyurl.com/22bzx.

Looks like I'll have to go in his place then. I figure if we
can stay on fairly level, semi technical asphalt, I can give
JD quite the challenge for a couple hundred yards.

Aye, that's rthe one - I remember your tale well.

Glad to hear it - they are damned fine tyres for certain.

Truth! They're about as far from slicks as it's possible to
get, and for most terrain, it _IS_ like being on rails.

Shaun aRe - Glad you liked them in the end. (Uhhhmm, so
to speak).

Hey Jock - he might be a pratt, but he's not wrong about
those tyres.
