Non-Psylum Fiber Sources/Prices

The Japanese have used non-psylium sources for years. The best comes
from a yam. This is also made into no calorie, fiber only noodles that
are fantastic. You can read more information about them at

dissolve it in a glass for 5gm per tsp or use it as a substitute for
flour or corn starch in cooking or you can eat noodles made of them
instead! It is the easiest way to get fiber!!

EZ Fiber appears to be Walmart's Benefiber knock-off, and is 27%
cheaper. The nutrition label of EZ Fiber looks identical, but it
achieves the result using different ingredients.

Sam's had the best price I found for Benefiber in my short bit of
internet and local shopping. The 'buy in bulk' google ad folks had the
worst price.
