So after months of my father pressuring me I finally caved and bought a bike. After a lot of searching around I settled on a Trek 1.5T. This is the first nonmotorized bike I've been on since I got my drivers license. My father and I went on a short (to him) 8.2 mile ride yesterday. I thought I did well considering how long it had been since I have ridden.  I had to get off that brick of a seat though, lol. Need more saddle time to get used to it. Anyhow, here is a pic of the bike

I've even had my first oops with the clipless pedals thanks to my 6 year old sun cutting in front of me and stopping,  I stopped but didn't quite get my foot out of the clip...  live and learn I guess.

That is a nice looking bike! First piece of info, don't believe anything you read on the Web, hear from other riders, or from any bike dealerships. It's all BS! Figure stuff out for yourself, LOL!/img/vbsmilies/smilies/biggrin.gif
