NOOB having trouble with some SiDi shoes.

I can't get my friends SiDi Genius 5 Lorica Shoes to come off. I try and rachet type strap just keeps getting tighter. If someone could help me out that would be great thanks.

I have to laugh as that happened to me wth the same shoes.
Press the red wings down towards the shoe not together as the leaflet seems to indicate.

Cool, you only had to wear the shoes for 17 minutes longer than you wanted to!
