can u help me deciade wheter to get a avanti manic or norco manik i want to use them for downhill

No, I can't. But I can suggest to you that you might get a better
response if you tried to use punctuation, capitalization, and a spell
checker. People rarely want to answer questions when the person asking
them clearly hasn't put even a minimal amount of effort into composing
the question.
