With all the talk going around about wheel ejection with
front disc brakes, I refrained from filing the retention
tabs (a.k.a."lawyer lips"😉 off my front forks. I also didn't
want to void the warrantee.
So I've been loosening/tightening the locknut on my QR every
time I remove/install the wheel. Annoying, but better safe
than sorry, right?
Then I found these skewers at Supergo:

They come as a pair. One front, which I put on the front
wheel, and one rear (I extended the threads on the rear
further down the skewer and shortened it so I could use it
for my truck's bike rack).
Granted, they AREN'T A CURE, they only relieve the symptoms.
But until this issue is resolved, at least I don't have to
put up with the inconvenience.
