Nueromuscular power on a recumbent?

Has anyone measured their neuromuscular power (e.g. 5s maximal power) on a recumbent? I'm curious if it is possible to create more power than possible in an upright position by pushing against the seat with low cadence.
 
you can test that in the gym, there are recumbent like position ergometers, straight back position ergometers, and the spinning bike (though those ones don't have power measurements), but it can give you and idea of what you are asking if you have a wrist watch HR and sports data device,
