So I have been riding for a little over a year now, just got more serious in the last 6-8 months really. On Saturday I cracked my first century, but before big rides I basically eat everything I can find and end up gaining weight, I started doing this after bonking on a 65 miles ride about a month ago from not eating enough before. So my question is, Im trying to lose weight, but still be able to do the long weekend rides of 60-100 miles without feeling like ****. So what food should I be eating as far as macros and what balance? If it helps im about 180 lbs and hope to lose about 15
