Dave,
Clever. I enjoy the humor.
It also could mean nutrition and health are more than one-factor
subjects and that the health advisers who say such single factors
override don't know what they're talking about and shouldn't be
listened to.
I posted messages a couple of years ago that related weight loss after
giving up reduced fat processed food in favor of naturally nutritious
food regardless of fat content. There's been no return of pounds.
Another way to look at your examples is to identify who is healthier
and
find all of the things they do. You'll probably see the healthier ones
eat food that has less of its nutrients processed out and fewer
undesirable things added.
Best,
rjn

It's a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical
studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the
British or Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the
Brits or Americans.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine and suffer fewer heart attacks
than the Brits or Americans.
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wine and suffer fewer heart
attacks than the Brits or Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of susages and fats and
suffer fewer heart attacks than the Brits or Americans.
CONCLUSION:
Eat and drink what you like.
Apparently speaking English is what kills you
