Just came across this group in Metro Sports magazine: http://www.nycmb.org/ They're pushing for MTB
access in two Staten Island parks. They're trying to get as many people on board as possible to
support a meeting with the Parks Dept this spring. If you know how limited access is in NYC, this is
definitely worth a look. /s
