    And I'll get it started.

NYNY - lost 2 pounds to 217 - must update my sigfile! It was 3 pounds earlier in the week, that's
what I get for eating salty stuff the night before weigh-in. THTP - 4 times, didn't make my goal
of 5. Too much stuff to do (no excuse), too wiped out. I feel like I got a lot of exercise in with
the stuff I was doing (running around, errands, cleaning) but I have no idea how much time/effort
    was actually expended for those.

I'm going to try just one thread for both since many people are doing both challenges.

    Thanks!

  15. GGGGGGG. Ah, yes, I'm from da east, also and ate raw oysters and clams growing up so maybe that's

  16. I like my lobsters boiled. Broiling them tends to dry out the meat. Oh, and I discovered crab cakes
are good too. Tuesday night's dinner (did I say we eat out a lot while I'm with mom?) was a crab
cake served over ceasar salad. Wish I had told them dressing on the side but I forgot. We skipped
the ice cream store and drove home in the golf cart in the pouring rain. Now that was an
interesting experiance. We settled on whatever ice cream mom had in the freezer. I had a golean
    crunch bar instead.

  17. I'll try hard to follow the leader on this, but make no guarantees. <G> It's tough when weighing in
at the end of the week, hard to keep single messages marked as *unread* - my computer doesn't always

My current weight: 169.8 lbs Weight change since my last recorded weight: +1.6 lbs Total weight

Contrary to what my WI indicates, I did OK this week. I allowed for some sweet indulgences, ate ham,
drank alcohol, got in lots of activity points, took lots of photos (167!!) with my new digital
camera and totally enjoyed the week with my daughters and my granddaughter. Anyone care to share any
tips on digital photo editing and photo sharing? This is all quite new to me.

By Thursday morning, the scale had dropped to 167.2. On Saturday it jumped up for WI, and now today
the scale has settled back down to
    168. When I recall that last Christmas I weighed more than 230 lbs, I'm really quite pleased with my
