You can record the scart output but I don't think it's possible to do
it by direct digital transfer. Even if you pull the disk from the
Sky+ box, the video stored in encrypted form.

I have a panasonic dvd recorder under the tv type ( not computer ) and after
it is stored on my sky plus box I choose copy and start my dvd recorder to
copy av2 and press play on sky. only problem is i cant go back to watching
sky, so do it last thing at night ..
hope this helps

also i can save films off the film channel, but not box office...
