How do I remove the lens from the M-Frame without damaging it? Do the replacements just 'pop' in?

Yup, snap out, snap in. Make sure you have the two pointy parts at the top of the lens in the
corners of the frame correctly, start pushing the lens into the slot and when you get to the middle
it should pop into place. To remove, pull the lens down from the frame in the middle and it should
pop right out.Cheers,
