I have had these Oat cookies - very different from the regular oatmeal
cookies. They were made of oat flour (oat flakes powdered up in a food
processor) and had very finely chopped raisins in them. They tasted
heavenly dipped in milk 🙂
Anyone recalls any recipe for this kind of oat cookies?? Would appreciate any pointers!!
