CELINA, Ohio — They don’t build Huffys here anymore. These days you can buy one, made in China, for $34.88 at the Wal-Mart Supercenter a field and a fence away from the old plant. George Huffman’s Ohio-born company popularized BMX racing, powered U.S. Olympic teams to gold, and once led the world in bicycle sales. It went bankrupt in 2004.
