old metal bike pumps?

Does anybody know what brand/kind are those frame pumps that can be seen in older road bikes, that often match the color of the bike and have a metal handle? I see them in most antique bake photos, some with quite convoluted engravings in the pump handle, and sometimes a metal peg/clip to hold it to the frame. Below is an example of what I mean.

I've got two. Vintage 1991. They're a little worse from wear and tear. I can't sell them to you because they are useful to stick in spokes of other cyclists who show bad manners during races. ;)

Looks like the one in the picture may be a Silca Framefit; new ones' main barrel section are plastic despite appearances, I believe. See:

A metal Silca with the Campy metal pump head was most useful for wacking dogs that chased you.
