Old Shimano BB vs New Ultegra/Dura-Ace

[FJS]

I'm rebuilding a 1997 Cannondale (I believe it's a 2.8 frame). The 600
series left crank arm threads are stripped so I'm replacing the bottom
bracket and crank set w/ an ultegra set.

The old BB unit is a shimano BB-UN71, 68 x113 (only find 113 on bb,
measured bike to get 68).

The ultegra BB are 68x109.5 or 68x118. Which do I use?

Also, can a Dura-Ace BB be used w/ Ultegra cranksets?

The 109.5 is for the double, and 118 is for the triple, so it will
depend on your crankset.
