I have nothing against music. However, I prefer to replace one sport with another (if necessary). So our home backyard pool helps me out a lot. If I can't use my bike, I just swim for about an hour. I don't use this trick that often, so I don't always keep it clean. My sister gave me her Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus. Now, I can clean the pool right before I decide to change my workouts.
