Did a twenty six miler today basicaly a big circle but seemed
to go at such a speed that the veering wind was always in my
face . Also didn't feel like I was 'flying' as I usually feel on the
bike, legs were dead and every pedal turn was an effort, was
going to go further today but felt if I pushed on, feeling
'crappy', would just sicken myself.
Nothing seems medically wrong must just be having an off day.

It happens - other days you arrive in no time without barely breaking a
sweat.

Put your feet up with a nice Ozzie Red, a couple of DVDs and some
Gratuitous and Minimally nutritional grub.
