I hear there are online coaches. Coaches where you e-mail them your workout files and they give you a training schedule to follow. .
Is this and informal agreement where an experienced cyclist agrees to look at the workout files of someone else, are we talking a business with a fee?
How much do they usually cost and what are my options?
