  1. For trying to make sense of those long, obscure multivitamin
    and "green food supplement" lists on the back of the vitamin
    bottles. Something to explain what the vitamin or substance
    is supposed to do for you, and hopefully what foods it
    occurs in naturally.

    And the source of the information should be reliable, not
    simply a seller of the product.

    good, although very scientific, which may nor may not suit.
