Hey everybody,
I've created a free online tool you can use to track your workout
progress. You can track your weight loss/gain, weight lifting stats
and cardio exercises. I've also got a forum so feel free to post
questions and answers there. I'm still working out kinks and trying to
implement ideas in any feedback I receive, but it is ready to use. The
