Hi,

While removing my chainrings from the Red 22 crank, a washer looking piece (bottom right) fell out. I don't know where it goes. I think it's for the hidden bolt, but?? Anyone know? Thanks

Yes ...

The pictured washer more-than-likely belongs in lieu of TAB of the "absent" arm of the spider OR sometimes between the inner ring & the crankarm.

Yup. Crankarm mounting bolt spacer. Like Alf said, it could be a spacer between the chainrings or between the inner ring and crankarm.

Assembling the four spider bolts first and snugging them up to remove any free play will show you where it goes.
