I think it's a decent bike actually. The Panasonic in that series used very good Tange Prestige tubing, and if it has all the original components than it should have Shimano Deore XT which was good stuff back then, if it doesn't have all XT components than depending on what they replaced the components with it may not be worth $250, plus it doesn't seem to be in very good condition, so again the $250 price seems high just on that account alone.
