  1. Ok, who's got a good website that fully explains setting up a new hard drive(s)? I'm not having to
much success with Google right now. I've been searching thru Overclockers, Major Geeks and a few
    other lesser known sites.

Dang it, I thought I had it, but after loading all the XP boot/setup disks, I got booted out. It
told me to place the XP Pro in the CD, and whamo, it gives me some [censored] about not finding a
license. Now I have nothing but a black screen with a blinking cursor everytime I (re)boot. It wont
    even let me type!

Setting up hard drives shouldn't be that difficult. I've no experience of SATAs, but you might want
to have a look at this: seagate.comsata install tshoot.html

The two incidents don't sound related - you normally need 30 days to register XP and I don't recall
reading anything about Windows disabling itself in this way.

The blinking cursor sounds like it's missing the mount point or something. Did you shuffle disks
    around after installing the OS?

  4. In the Bios having you tried setting it to boot from the CD. Win XP is a self booting disk and you
    don't need any setup/boot disks.
