Hey All,
Just wondering whether any other cyclists have had this injury and if, how they dealt with it. I had a cortisone shot which helped for about 2 weeks...probably would have been longer had I given up cycling but never! I've been going to PT for a tear in my right medial meniscus but it hasn't really helped. I've been an avid cyclist for close to 30 years now and I think the tear is due to overuse. I have no signs of arthritis but lots of pain
