  1. I run on a treadmill at a pretty slow pace: 5.7 - 6.0 mph for about
30min. Lately I have been having trouble at minute 15. I get really hot and very sweaty. Heart Rate
about 170- 174. During the 30min I drink about 1 liter of water.

What am I doing wrong? How can I stay cooler? Is my heart rate too high. I am 27, 170 lbs.

If it bothers you that much, either get a fan (if possible) or just slow down.

It's normal to get fairly hot on the treadmill -- usually, you're effectively running into a 5mph
headwind, which helps keep you dry.
