Grrr. Just spent an hour wrestling with my Speed TR. Notice I had a flat tyre and set about the business. Broke a (plastic) tyre lever getting a rather reluctant tyre off. Found 1cm thorn so I'll forgive the "puncture resistant" tyres lack of resistance in this instance.
Chucked in new tube and reattached everything. Including the mysterious "click box" that controls the hub gear. All's looking good so I park the bike back in my study. Just making myself a cuppa when "BANG"! Investigation shows the new tube to be looking not so pristine after all. Rather glad it held out until after I'd finished pumping.
That was my last 20" tube so I now have a repaired OEM inner doing the job. Despite carrying the kit, I haven't actually repaired a tube in years so I've got my fingers crossed on this one.

Probably a pinched tube, but I suspect you know that already.

I've had plenty of practice recently. 5 punctures in one week - 3 on the Kennett Valley Run audax, and 2 commuting. 2 of them were in the front - a Conti 4 seasons, and 3 in the rear - a Conti UGS.
