Bill is always quick to respond in the press but is unusually silent, as is
Lance. Will they accept Rogge's call for testing of all the 1999 Tour
samples under a protocol to be adopted by WADA? Will they accept the French
Minister of Sports call to have a counter test done to show his innocence
regarding the first six positives?
