Pannier Solutions for Fox Forks?

I need a front pannier solution for my Fox F100 RL forks.

I am sure the Tubus swing should fit, but my dealer (Evans) say they will not fit this item as it voids the warranty on the fork. Is this something I should be worried about?

Has anyone else here used racks/panniers on Fox forks, if so what did you use?

This is for a 900km trek on smooth (if occasionally very steep) roads and tracks.
