  1. ahh i am going stir crazy not being able to get on the bike! it has only been a little under a week, but still to long. this is a knee issue so most cardio is out of the question. I did swim yesterday, and I felt ok while swimming but then was in pain all night afterwards.
What have you guys done to pass time while not being able to get on the bike?
(i am already in PT for bursitis in my shoulder, so I am not allowed to do any upper body work in the gym for another couple of weeks also).

I keep waking up early with nothing to do:-( why is it always the perfect riding weather when one can't get on the bike themselves.
