All UK entries are handled by AUK; they will have details of your
qualifying SR series. It says that in theory you could be turned away
but I don't think anyone has been so far. There is a rumour that a
1000k qualifier may be introduced to reduce the number of packers,
although this may only apply to entries from outside France.

For general, but not bang up to date, information try

bar. I've not heard of anyone qualifying and not being accepted but
there is always that danger.
