that would be the Hawaii Ironman.

Drafting is following behind someone on a bike closely enough that you face reduced air resistance
(among other things) and so it is easier for you than the person you are following.

Hey Dj Kim, The person riding in front is doing 100% of the work to break the wind. The person riding behind them is only expending about 70% of the lead riders energy, they are saving 30% by drafting. That is why they were penalized. Kevin
