  1. I am a Personal trainer in NYC with 11 years expierence and a myraid of
certifications. I am also a nationally recoginized lecturer. It
angers me to see so many subpar and outright dangerous trainers in my
industry. I beleive it gives us all a bad name and makes it harder for
us to garner respect for our business. We posess the amazing ability
to make people's lives better and happier. Conversely, we can easily
injure someone for life. This is not a thoughtless job. If you know
what your are doing and are truly concerned about your clients you will
need to prepare a least 1/2 hour for every hour you spend with your
trainee. Like the Hippocartic Oath states: "I will prescribe regimens
for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and
    never do harm to anyone."

You prepare a half hour for every hour with the client? That's more than a
doctor would spend. I hope you're training results are more efficient than
your preparation! Did you really write this email? Dude, I hope you know how
to train better than you knwo how to spell!! This spam is so badly writtin I
think your competitor wrote this to make you look stoopid.
