Anyone in Perth know of a good wheelbuilder? I have had less than
satisfactory wheels built at one BS (which shall remain nameless) and
I'm looking for alternatives.
I know some of you are going to suggest that I build my own wheels...I
will one day but for now I need to have a new pair made and need an
experienced mechanic.

Go to Port Kennedy Cycles and ask for Michael. He will build you a very
good wheel. I had PKC build me some wheels for my recumbent Trike back in
2001. I still have not had any trouble with it. My road bike wheels have
also been built there with no probs what so ever.

Bicycles will build you a kickass wheel. It isnt a bike shop as such,
but a frame builder who makes great wheels to boot. It located just up
farmer st, of the corner of angove, charles and SBR in North Perth.
Ive never had them build a wheel, but Id be suprised if they didnt do a
fantastic job. I was in there today, they service both my bikes, one of
which is a contarino =)
Definitely a vote for quantum.
