A group of American cycling fans in Los Angeles, California have come together to show the Tour de
France organizers that their decision to exclude the team of Mario Cipollini from this year's event

Maybe the petition organizers are planning to use internet remailers to fool the French into
believing the petition originates from Germany. They have lots of practice in following orders from
that country. <g>
