TOP STORY: Are Four Year Bans Enough?Frenchman Lloyd Mondory has been banned for four years due to testing positive for EPO in an out-of-competition test on the 17th of February, 2015. This was the first case handled by the new UCI Anti-Doping Tribunal, which was formed in January this year. It is this tribunal that now handles disciplinary proceedings for doping cases, previously it was the national federations who made the initial judgement.Mondory has raced his full professional career since 2004 with the AG2R-La Mondiale team and 33 years of age it is unlikely he will race in four years time. His biggest win would be the KOM in the 2008 Tirreno-Adriatico, he has also won stages in the Vuelta a Burgos, toile de Bessges, Vuelta Castilla y Leon, Paris-Corrze, plus the GP Kantons Aargau and the Coupe de France de cyclisme sur route in 2006.The question is: Is four years enough?
