  1. I'm pooped! Only 21Km today, up from home, around the Malverns via
    British Camp and back home. 450m of total ascent though. Not much
    compared to what most of you are capable of but I definitely need a
    sit down and a rest for a while ;o)

    I claim to more pooped than you, then, because today's ride (the first
    in what seems like months because of duff weather) was 72km, with the
    return leg entirely into a strong cold north-westerly!!

    That was once my commute to work - over British Camp; super at 7 o'clock in
    the morning...
