Dora, The author is Sophie Grigson and the name of the book is Sophie
Grigson's Herbs I also use a couple websites listed below. The Grigson
book is pricey. I think I paid close to $50 for it but it's worth every
penny. You can probably find a used copy of it for much less on eBay or
perhaps Amazon.com.
