To make this food related- it has been HOT on the course. Gave out a LOT
of Gatorade to dehydrated patrons suffering various ailments. I love the
cute little bottles available these days, lol. For many patrons they eat
and drink a little too heartily at night and suffer the ill effects the
next day, yet don't dare miss a day of practice or play. Enjoyed one
pimento cheese sandwich (no time to eat otherwise!) but hope to get a
better meal (perhaps sit down in the dining room) tomorrow.
I was so disappointed to read the menu for last nights Champion's Dinner
of BBQ and fixings. It just seemed kind of unoriginal and uninspired
this year.
