Ophelia, I have sent now my favorurite recipe! In this period, I eat many
soups, because outside is very cold! I like this one because there is, a
part meat, many vegetables inside!
BTW I like also other soups with cereals! I like very much spelt soup with
bacon; barley with spinach; and another favourite is millet with pumpkin.
They are very simple recipe: I didn't post them, for this reason.
But perhaps tomorrow I will send you a soup that they make in Vald'Aosta
(with barley, bacon and fontina cheese).
