Ping Triathletes, Is this just spam here?

Is there anyone lurking, or has this group been bombed?

I live on the Sunshine Coast in Australia, and have a sprint race
coming up in 5 weeks. It'd be nice to swap ideas with other
triathletes, is this the place or should I look elsewhere?

try http://forum.slowtwitch.com afaik that is the most lifely place on the
globe for triathletes.
