Among other options, something like PA route S to OH route F
would probably do what you need. After phred, check
www.crazyguyonabike.com and www.adventurecycling.org both
sites have discussion areas for this sort of thing.

I tried to send this response earlier but had a glitch and
got knocked off.

I rode from north of Columbus to Rockwood last summer. You
can get all the details of my route by visiting my journal
at www.indc2003.crazyguyonabike.com

There are links to an Ohio based organization that sells
maps of bike routes in Ohio. There is also a series of PA
DOT highway routes that is accessible on the web. Links can
be found at the end of my journal.
